Our Story.
Besides driving on the other side of the road and saying English words differently (yes, we compromised on sofa instead of couch), Ian Adams and Graeme Murray come from opposite ends of the advertising agency spectrum. Graeme a Strategist from the UK, Ian a Creative from the US.
Coming from different worlds professionally didn’t mean we couldn’t work together. We found ourselves solving our clients’ big problems on a little red sofa just outside the big agency walls. It’s scary. But after a few sofa sessions, we found out that if you have a common purpose, problems don't seem as daunting.
Taking the ego-free approach to solving problems is liberating. We can obsess over the problem at hand, instead of losing face or giving up our personal goals. It also means we can solve problems quickly.
